    Lovely mug - just a little small!

    Very pleased with our new mug; lovely item and arrived safely thanks to thoughtful packaging. Just a little small; I think the pottery do a larger size so would choose that one next time.

    Hi,

    Thanks so much for your lovely review. Penrhiw Pottery also makes a larger version of the 'Hug mug', and it's a pint size. We don't currently stock this size. We add the dimensions to each of our listings, so customers have an idea of the product sizes.

    Hopefully, we will stock the larger pint hug mugs in the future.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you were 'very disappointed' with the mug. We add product dimensions to our listings to be as transparent as possible, and the dimensions of these mugs are in the product description. For further clarity, I have measured the capacity of the Hug Mugs, and can confirm that they hold 300ml of liquid- which is the same as a generic normal sized mug.

    We're always happy to help, and would have rather you messaged us first before leaving a public review. We have a returns policy in place, and you could have returned the mug to us if it fell below your expectations.

    I have now also added the capacity of the mugs to the existing dimensions information to be as clear as possible.
